Our Returns

All of our return policies pertain only to the MSP online store, not the MSP show room. To return an item, contact us at 478-953-7300.

Returning Merchandise

Please note that proof of purchase is required for a refund. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply. Retain your shipping receipt for your records. Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.

Stocked Small Items

We accept returns for smaller items within 30 days, with proof of purchase, in the original packaged condition.

Stocked Large Items

(ex. hot tubs, above ground pools)
We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment and require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your item, however, please contact us at 478-953-7300 immediately.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, such as hot tubs and above ground pools, begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. Custom Orders have a 7 day return policy where the order can be canceled or changed. After 7 days, orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

Final Sale & Clearance Items

Final sale and clearance items purchased through the MSP online store are considered final sales and are non-returnable and non-refundable.


All prices on our online store are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change.


There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
